Estimados amigos. Nuevamente seguimos trabajando a fin de hacer de este sitio un lugar cada vez más confortable y cómodo para navegar. Aquí se encontrarán con nuevo material para que vean los trabajos que hemos realizado en los últimos meses de este año 2010 y anteriores. Verán nuestra extensa familia de detectores y receptores de galena y cristal que fueron realizados artesanalmente en nuestro taller por Carlos Lopérgolo. Nuestros horizontes se han ido ampliando notoriamente, al igual que nuestra lista de amigos que poco a poco se unen con sus visitas. Nuestros receptores han cruzado la frontera abriendo paso en nuevas latitudes del globo. Mi agradecimiento a mi amigo de los Estados Unidos Dave Schmarder por su incondicional apoyo, sentido del humor y asesoramiento. Dave cuenta con una extensa colección de receptores realizados por el mismo en su taller. Dear friends. We continue working in order to make this site a confortable place for all the web surfers. You will be able to find our recent works that we made in the latest months 2010 and some of our early works too. You also will be able to see our family of detectors and galena receivers and crystal sets that were handcrafted in our workshop by Carlos Lopérgolo. Our horizons have been extended considerably, as our list of friends who join us with their visits to this site. Our receivers have crossed our frontiers making a new path in new latitudes of the globe. My gratefulness to my friend from the United States of America, Dave Schmarder for his unconditional support, excellent sense of humor and advice. Dave has a wonderful collection of receivers made in his own workshop. A crystal radio receiver — also called a crystal set — is a very simple radio receiver, popular in the early days of radio. It needs no battery or power source except the power received from radio waves by a long outdoor wire antenna. It has a ground terminal too.
